TimeGate Studios was an American video game developer founded in 1998 and based in Sugar Land, Texas. The company created games for various platforms, including PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. Some of their most notable titles include Section 8, Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns, and the F.E.A.R. Expansion Pack, F.E.A.R. Extraction Point.

The company also provided game development services for other studios, including assisting with multiplayer components and porting games to different platforms.

In 2013, TimeGate Studios filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and subsequently closed its doors. However, some of their games continue to be played and appreciated by gamers worldwide.
